Our staff can schedule your appointments, and sync that information directly with your appointment calendar. Your appointments can be viewed from your phone or notepad so you always stay informed. We’ll even ask how they were referred to your business, if you’d like to gauge your advertising’s effectiveness. Our order taking services are fully web enabled – your website or our advanced software system. We are fully compliant with current credit card standards.

Montana One Call Center has been providing business answering services and urgent dispatching for medical providers since 1985. Trained in client privacy and HIPAA privacy rules, all of our staff sign and adhere to a confidentiality agreement. Additionally, our staff renews their training continually, and we maintain documentation for 5 years. We understand how critical HIPAA compliance is since we must be in compliance as well. We do not out-source any of our call handling procedures.
